It simmered for a long time and Japanese soup stock is soaked in it. So delicios! And as Shiga is famous for sake because of great rice and pure water, we have 38 sake breweries in Shiga prefecture. You can enjoy 3 cups sake in them at the nice local bar. They always offer cool music live. Enjoy sake and music with local people. You can definitely make a memorable time in Otsu. Just come! The meeting place is only 9 minutes by JR train from Kyoto station.
